Bug Description

Binary package hint: edgy-community-wallpapers

According to the copyright file the Dawn of Ubuntu wallpaper is under Creative Commons CC-BY-NC-SA. The addition of non-commercial makes it non-free.

The copyright file then includes the text of CC-BY-SA, which is copyleft and free. The correct license to include would be the CC-BY-NC-SA one.

Confirming; the addition of the non-commercial restriction makes the license clearly non-free. The incorrect license being quoted compounds the situation further.

As the author of said wallpaper I relicense it as what you want. The only problem is that I have no idea where the actual license is printed on so that I can update it. I haven't found a website where the wallpaper was on with the current license. If anyone has ideas how to resolve that stupid situation, I would like to do so.
