Bug Description
Now, shop by shop we can set if Magento should send emails back to the customer when and order is updated in OpenERP. Well,, the shipping update should use that flag too, that's a simple patch. Coming very soon.

Kyle, are you sure that the fix has been released ?
It seems to me that the creation of a shipping on Magento does not use this flag.
