In the trunk, tag completion when adding through Add Tag dialog does not work anymore.

Fixed in rev 968

Warning:tag completion now works well except with UNICODE tags.

This could probably be easily fixed by someone with better UNICODE knowledge than I have.
Have a look at tag_match_func (gtk/browser/browser.py, li 557)

I've spent some on solving UNICODE tags and found that there is more than just one representation for UNICODE. I've learned something new!
