New windows open 1px under overlay causing it to hide

Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
It seems like the fix in compiz not to hide unity if not necessary, does not take something into account. Every time I open a new window, it is placed 1px to the left from where it should be, causing unity to hide.
Please let me know if there is additional information needed.

This just got fixed with latest upbade in Ubuntu.
