Bug Description
Upon exporting a collection of views to a Standalone HTML Website, the index page has links of the type: file://
However, once you're looking at a View you have the standard header with links to the other views in the collection. These, however, are missing the reference to index.html (e.g. file://
Tested in Mahara 1.3.3 and 1.3.5
