Bug Description
Currently our form validation does not validate whether uploaded svg icons can be rendered to png.
1) Create a new application
2) Upload a bogus svg as icon 64
3) The input validation should trip
It would also be useful to pre-generate the png versions when the icons are successfully uploaded.
