Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
unity 3.8.2-0ubuntu1
1. Right click on FIrefox (or any Icon) to open the Quicklist.
2. Press Down.
3. Press Down.
4. Press Down.
5. Press Down.
What happens:
1. After first "Down" nothing is highlighted.
2. Second "Down" the second item is highlighted.
3. Third "Down" nothing is highlighted.
4. Fourth "Down" the third item is highlighted.
