Bug Description

After update Ubuntu Stellarium not showed satellites. Workaround: export LC_NUMERIC=C && stellarium

What was the original LC_NUMERIC setting? I didn't replicate with LC_NUMERIC=de or LC_NUMERIC=ru ...

After upgrade Ubuntu 10.04 to up-to-date LC_NUMERIC not set

Some systems, like Ubuntu, don't set LC_NUMERIC variable and satellites don't display on the sky.

This is similar to the landscape "wall" bug. The problem is in the sscanf() calls in the twoline2rv() function in sgp4io.cpp, as sscanf() is affected by the current numeric locale.

sgp4io need rewrite, because this code also make different calculations for different locales.
