Bug Description

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/bzr/+bug/734763 is a duplicate of bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/732881, yet accessing that second page gives me a 404 (rather than e.g. permission denied)

 It would be nice if it would at least tell me that, rather than claiming
it doesn't exist (or not allowing a public bug to be a dupe of a private
one).
