Bug Description
(SUT: RevAger 1.4)
When entering a new finding and clicking into the description field, some placeholder text ("enter a description of your finding here" or something like that) appears. Unfortunately, when not entering anything but clicking our of this field, then the text stays there and could be accidentally saved.
Suggested fix: If the user did not alter the sample text and the input area has lost its focus, remove the text again.
