Bug Description

The main "menu toolbar thing" on the bottom left, which contains Mail, Contacts,
Calendars, and Tasks has an "Exchange" button also. Clicking on it shows an
empty "shell" looking GUI which doesn't look right.

Desired effect: Don't show the button unless I've configured an Exchange account.

We can't fix this for Warty, it's very much an upstream bug. We're stuck with
it, as long as evolution-exchange is installed.

That said, we could opt to put evolution-exchange in Supported/Ship... Thoughts?

As long as we're supporting it, I think we may as well ship it. This seems like
mostly a cosmetic issue

This won't be fixed for Warty, but I'm taking it and will deal with it in the
Hoary timeframe.

this fixes the issue:

 evolution-exchange (2.3.5-0ubuntu1) breezy; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream version:
       * The Exchange button has been removed. Now users should be able to
seamlessly get the full functionality of evolution-exchange through
         the Mail/Contacts/Calendar/Tasks components of evolution.
 .
One major change being that most of the Exchange Account wide
operations have been now moved to the Evolution Account Editor
window under the "Exchange Settings" tab for an Exchange Account
