Bug Description
Binary package hint: indicator-appmenu
The fallback File menu's Close item has an accelerator label, telling me I can press Ctrl+W to achieve the same thing. This is incorrect; pressing Ctrl+W (rightfully) does nothing. The accelerator label should be removed.

The plan is to not have fallback menus at all, and not hide the window title on mouseover for apps that doesn't support appmenus. See bug #723835
