Bug Description
I think it would be helpful if LOAD-FOREIGN-
that were tried to find a foreign library.
Might be difficult except for the ones listed in CFFI:*FOREIGN-
in that case I'd say print out those in *F-L-D* and a comment "plus the OS-dependent
ones, cf. dlopen(3)" or something like that.
