elections usability

Some small changes can improve the usability of the elections app.
Suggestions:
 - When voting show full name in the dropdown box (instead of LP username)
 - The confirmation after voting could be more clear. Now it's a orange box. I suggest to use an other more notable color.
 - When you want to see full info of al candidates, you need to click on the title of the "active election". That was not clear to me at first sight. I suggest another link or text with somethin like: "click here to see motivation of all candidates" (better redandant links than hard to find info)

I agree on all three points, but the app is likely to change before the next election. We'll take these points into consideration when designing the new app.
