Bug Description

Was only going through the introduction had not started a game
when it crashed

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

Or look in /var/crash for a crash report and attach that.

This is a vorbis issue similar to this one http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=432245 and https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvorbis/+bug/146850

Does it still occurs with latest Ubuntu release ?
If it's still an issue, please can you install the dbgsym package and obtain a new backtrace.

This will greatly help us in tracking down your problem.
