Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdeedu

It seems that kstars version currently shipping with natty is not compiled against (nor depends on) libindi, so it's unable to control telescopes and others devices supported by indi, as instead stated in package description. This problem was not present in maverick. I've searched in changelog for a resolution regarding this behaviour but couldn't find any.

It seems the problem depends on kstars build dependencies. While libindi-dev is specified among build-deps, the cmake recipe checks for a version >= 0.6.2, while only 0.6.1 is available in natty.

Relevant error line from cmake while trying to build from sources:

-- Could NOT find libindi. pkg-config indicates that libindi >= 0.6.2 is not installed.

For those who need to use KStars+INDI, please check my PPA for KStars and all INDI drivers for Natty:
