[SRU] kxdocker doesnt open in edgy

Original bug report: Bug #55782 doesnt open in edgy

Current kxdocker packet 1.1.4a-0ubuntu2 in edgy is broken, because
kdocker_conf.xml and kdocker_conf_default.xml doesn't have any data inside.

addons/Makefile.in has a section:

 -cat ../src/kxdocker_conf.xml > kxdocker_conf.xml
 -cat ../src/kxdocker_conf.xml > kxdocker_conf_default.xml

This tries to copy data from kxdocker_conf.xml to other files but
when kxdocker is built this Makefile is created to:
obj-i486-linux-gnu/addons/ directory and paths above points to
a wrong directory. This is why confs are not installed properly and
kxdocker is not able to start.

* Yes, you are right, debian/compat it is not really needed, debuild
   adds it automatically but it can be built without it.
