rhythmbox crashes when adding podcast feed

Crashes always when adding most of the podcasts feeds i've tried. Running Edgy Eft with all the updates. Created bug as requested at Bug #66177 thread.

That upload fixes the bug:

     debian/patches/92_from_cvs_set_codeset_to_utf8.patch,
     debian/patches/93_from_cvs_fix_crash_on_song_edition.patch:
     - dropped, those issues are fixed with the new version
   * plugins/audioscrobbler/audioscrobbler-ui.xml:
     - copy file from CVS, the tarball doesn't ship it
