[Feature request] Ability to move tab bar

Binary package hint: empathy

Please add an ability to move tab bar like it's done in pidgin to either bottom, left or right side.
I am having lots of tabs ussually and i like having my tab bar on a side.

This had been already discussed in askubuntu but appears that the only solutions is recompile from sources which doesnt really satisfy me. - http://askubuntu.com/questions/6440/how-to-move-tab-bar-in-empathy

This is really the only feature that keeps me from moving to Empathy.
