havp does not support parent proxy authentication

Binary package hint: havp

havp does not have the functionality to authenticate with a parent proxy. Version 0.92 does have cleartext authentication (which is actually all I need), but I was unable to build this as it fails to compile at the first hurdle.

So, if possible, please update havp to 0.92a. Thanks.

Ubuntu gets it's havp package from Debian with only very minor changes. I've
just checked and Debian doesn't have 0.92 yet.
