the search results page no results should be red

when a search result yields no results, should be either gray or red.

Also, results returned should have an text-decoration: underline in them I think to make clear they are results that can be clicked.

Does paging work as well?

Paging still needs some work, as each result section is a widget being called in the greater search results page. Need to think about better solution, probably.
