Just tried to install clamav from Synaptic. It error'ed out running clamav-base's config script

Hi Saurav, thanks for taking the time to file this bug report and help us make Ubuntu better.

This is the relevant error:

useradd: cannot lock /etc/passwd; try again later.

This is a temporary problem that can happen if two things are reading or writing to /etc/passwd at the same time. Please try to run

sudo apt-get -f install

To correct the issue and finish configuring packages.
