eog hangs when trying to close the printing dialog

Bug Description
Binary package hint: eog
Maverick, EOG 2.32.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open an image with EOG
2) Select File->Print
3a) Try to close the printing dialog with "Escape key"/"X button from titlebar"/"Cancel button from dialog action area"
3b) Click Print Preview, then close the Preview dialog
What should happen:
3a,b) The dialog closes, and you get back to a fully functional EOG
What happens instead:
3a) The printing dialog does not close, EOG hangs (greys out, click X, then you have to Force Quit), the printing dialog is not clickable anymore, but it is not greyed out (see screenshot)
3b) The print preview dialog disappears, but EOG stops responding

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable release - Oneiric Ocelot.
