Bug Description
If an user created an application shortcut, placed on the Menu, before the installation of Unity 2D or 3D, these shortcuts gets improperly displayed in the Application section of Unity (in both the versions). The application shortcut now presented by the new toolbar system, simply report the name of the software but no icons assigned to it.

I also had a similar experience when I upgraded from Maverick to Natty in the pre-Alpha 1 days. But tons of Unity changes have landed since then. Can a user who has upgraded recently confirm such a behavior?
