Bug Description
When using mirrors.ubuntu.com with the mirror protocol we need to filter out mirrors that lack behind.
I got

from http://
The problem with that mirror is that its not updated since Jan:
$ w3m -dump http://
Date: Thu, 20 Jan 2011 13:16:20 UTC
Compared to:
$ w3m -dump http://
Date: Wed, 30 Mar 2011 12:16:50 UTC
The mirror prober should remove outdated mirros from the set offered via mirrors.ubuntu.com
