Bug Description
The edit vlan tab in seeddb seems to adopt the edit prefix tab and displays an incorrect set of attributes.
Further, after a discussion with Morten, we conclude that the only fields that a NAV user should be allowed to
edit is organization, usage and vlan. Please display the other attributes in edit mode, i.e. all attributes listed in the vlan overview in seeddb.
