Not all language packages are downloaded during installtion

Hello,

this is a regression since the last alpha release (Alpha 3) of Natty.

If you choose e.g. german as your language during installation, Ubiquity says during installation that it is downloading language support, but it doesn't download all necessary packages.

Thus many parts of the desktop of the freshly installed system are still in english. If you start gnome-language-selector, it complains that the language support for the non-english-language is incomplete and offers you to install the following additional packages:

language-pack-de
libreoffice-help-de
libreoffice-l10n-de
language-pack-gnome-de
language-support-writing-de
language-pack-de
hyphen-de
mythes-de
mythes-de-ch

If you install them, everything localization-related is fine after a new login/restart.

Note that this already happened a week or so ago when I used an older image to make a test installation.

No warning was received -- this bug appears to be the root cause.

Ah, I didn't see so far that there are explicite test cases for language support :)

Note that my internet connection was NOT broken during installation (a wired connection, no WLAN), and as I said, no message is displayed by Ubiquity indicating that it didn't download all language packs (however it DID download something language relatet - at least it said so).

Furthermore, after I logged into the fresh installed system, there was no automatic prompt to install additional language packs. I had to run gnome-language-selector manually to get a prompt to install all missing language related packages.

Thanks for your report. This is the same problem as in bug 741304, and I'm going to deal with it there.
