Bug Description
For some switxhes, i.e. Nortel, the interface names appaer as really long strings and this basically breaks the overview of switxh ports provided in ip dev info. The ip dev info code should check if the interface name is long and if so apply a regexp set to chop the interface name in a sensible manner.
