i had the same. when the error message appeared the screenlet continued working but when i logged out and logged in the screenlet was not working. In more details, the screenlet was working but i could not move it, click it or close it. i had to uninstall screenlets, log out and log in again.

it first happened when i launched this screenlet for first time. and it continued happening. i wasn't able to uncheck the box "start-stop", so i had to reinstalled screenlets
