Happens to me multiple times a day with latest Ubuntu Natty installation. Latest was when Google Talk would not connect and I clicked on the edit settings in the notification bar in the main window

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are very sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.

The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the next release of Ubuntu.
