[Natty] user-settings.py Orca configuration filename is deprecated, the new name is user-settings.conf, but 30accessibility scripts does'nt follow this change

Dear Developers,
After Orca 2.32 version the old Orca configuration filename is changed from user-settings.py to user-settings.conf filename. Unfortunately ubiquity-
I doed the filename replacements with if cases for all blindness related profiles, I attaching a patch.
Please commit this patch if the patch passed with reviewing.
