This issue just appeared in 12.04 after a dist-upgrade and reboot.

I can reproduce it in a clean installation of 12.04. When I reported it using the Crash Detection tool, it brought me to this bug (so I'm not sure whether or if my data was uploaded).

If my data was uploaded, then it should contain the trace from an amd64 system (as I'm running Linux dcky-ubuntu64 3.2.0-22-generic #35-Ubuntu SMP Tue Apr 3 18:33:15 UTC 2012 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux for a kernel). If my traces were not uploaded, please let me know what you need and where to find them (or how to get them). I'll be more than happy to upload them.
