Bug Description

Some languages have multiple forms for plurals.

This string: "knot(s)" has not been i18n'd at all.

Strings where "mph, m/s, km/h" are displayed next to a number should be translated according to the plural forms of the language.

The same for "last refreshed %s min. ago". Instead of "%s", use "%d" and use gettext to add suport for plural forms.

Same goes for "minute" which I guess appears next to "Update every" (can't check as it's not working for me atm).

1) Plural forms for knots were added in revision 214, so they should be used in 11.03.20 Cloudy release. Not sure whether they are working, actually.
2) Updated label for 'Refresh (%d min. ago)", this will be included in 11.03.27 release
3) Not sure, whether GTK may update 'minutes' label on the fly, after the value in spinner has changed
