Bug Description

Binary package hint: modemmanager

unr 10.10 netbook i386
patchlvl 26.03.11

If a user login to the system, first modemmanager aks for the 3g pin. Theirafter networkmanager fires up, it has the pin in the keyring but to late for authentification. So the user has to enter the 3g pin every time.
Affects unr10.10, lubuntu 10.10 and has worked well in both 10.04 releases. This is a race condition.
