Bug Description

Binary package hint: telepathy-logger

In empathy, the logger doesn't seem to save all my conversations. It seems that exiting empathy, terminating the telepathy-logger process and then restarting empathy gets it working again, but it soon stops working. I only use msn, so don't know if this affects users of other protocols. In addition I'm running Ubuntu 10.10.

I reported this initially at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35512 (see the posts there first) and was referred here.

Also, since then I've got the impression that the bug occurs when I resume from standby, but I can't be sure that's always the case.
