Bug Description
nova-ajax-
'module' object has no attribute 'TopicConsumer'
Having no Python skills (yet) I'd guess, based on a grep, that it should be TopicAdapterCon

The previously committed fix doesn't fully fix the issue. The rpc callback programming interface apparently has changed with TopicAdapterCon sumer. I've associated another branch with a fix.
In the long run, we should move this to using the manager pattern so we aren't calling this relatively low level interface.
