Please sync suds 0.4.1-2 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

OpenStack's Nova requires a newer suds version to support VMWare vSphere as a
hypervisor, since it makes use of the plugin mechanism in python-suds 0.4 and
later. As far as I can tell, it does not break backwards compatibility.
There are only two rdepends in the archive: python-vatnumber (which I've
confirmed works with this newer version) and a mercurial plugin that I couldn't
find a good test case for.

I just filed bug 1327202 upon discovering that 0.4.1 is a beta release, and I have encountered bugs as a result of using the packaged version that do not appear in 0.4 proper. We should probably check to make sure that we haven't seen any nova bugs that can be traced back to the pre-release version of suds.
