Bug Description
Using the set-intervals message, one could modify the exchange and urgent exchange interval. Unfortunately, the changes only happen in memory so they are lost if the client restarts. We should make it persistent.
I'm mainly interested about changing the urgent exchange interval, as it's 1 minute per default, and setting it to 10 seconds would improve the latency of testing.
