Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
PROBLEM
Once you jiggle the mouse to wake your computer from its screen going dark to save power, the focus is no longer on the formerly active window. All keyboard input is accepted, instead, by whichever window the mouse cursor is over.
HOW TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Chromium, maximize it, and load up a new Google Docs document.
2. Start Pidgin, open a chat window, and click on and type in it a bit.
3. Without shifting focus from the Pidgin window, let the screen go dark from inactivity. (You may want to adjust your power management settings so that this does not take too long.)
4. Jiggle the mouse to wake your computer.
5. Observe the described behavior.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
When I get back to my computer and start typing, the words will appear in whatever window I was using last.

Thanks for the bug report. Can you please test if the issue also happens in the ubuntu classic session so that we are sure that the issue is related to unity and not in compiz itself.
