Bug Description
If I launch a new application, hide it, click on its icon, it will appear on the desktop. If I click again on it, nothing happens. I think the expected behavior would be to hide it again.

No, that's not the intended behaviour. Clicking an launcher-icon has four possible functions:
1.) start it, if it hasn't been started yet
2.) focus the app, if it's started and has not the focus yet
3.) spread windows (of app), if app is focused and has multiple windows open
4.) unspread if in spread-mode (see 3.)
