Bug Description

There are no new mails in IMAP mailbox.

Now I can't see mails in all mailboxes.
Log:
INFO:Power Email:IMAP Folder Statistics for Account:1:"test" (MESSAGES 2 RECENT 0 UIDNEXT 82 UIDVALIDITY 594810629 UNSEEN 1)
But there aren't mail in any mailbox.

Addition to previous comment.
When I actually receive mail log message appears:
INFO:Power Email:Header for Mail 5 Saved successfully as ID:171 for Account:1.
But in previous case it doesn't.

I've founded reason of problem.
In get_mails function: "if rec.last_mail_id < int(msg_count[0]):".
If I delete mail from my mailbox (not in poweremail, but in my mail client) msg_count[0] reduces by one. Now next incoming message will not be received because of upper "if" condition.
It would be nice to have another method of finding new mails.
