Bug Description

In attach you can see that my Gmail cyrillic names of folders doesn't correctly shown.

I've solved this problem.
Now you can view IMAP folders with non-ascii characters.

Note: in patch I use some fixes of lp:~sharoonthomas/poweremail/v6-imap-select-folder-fixed branch. If you want to use this patch make more fixes from that branch (in view xml).
