Event added in Evolution doesn't appear in the menu immediately

Bug Description

indicator-datetime 0.1.98-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu Natty

1. In "Time & Date Settings…" > "Clock", check "Coming events" if it is not checked already.
2. In Evolution, add an event for some day in the current month.
3. Open the clock menu.
4. Log out and log back in again.
5. Open the clock menu again.

What happens:
3. The new event doesn't appear in the menu.
5. The new event does appear in the menu.

What should happen:
3. The new event appears in the menu immediately.

We use a timer to refresh the menu, the timer runs every 5 minutes because we didn't want the timer to run too frequently and the "changed" signal from the evolution ESource isn't emitting a changed signal as expected.

Tested here and it works ok now. Indeed the timer is not needed anymore, added a branch to remove it
