Bug Description

Minor usability nitpick: If you try to run a test that hasn't been installed you get:
cam-vm-266:karmic:abrek$ bin/abrek run gmpbench
Test execution error: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/petmay01/.local/share/abrek/installed-tests/gmpbench'

Since abrek knows which tests have been installed, it could either (1) print a message saying "test foo not installed" or (2) just auto-install it.

I thought, at one time, that it would give you a nicer error saying that it had not been installed, and recommending that you install it. That's what should happen. Chi Thu, could you take a look please?

abrek is replaced with lava-test. In lava-test this is no longer a problem.

lava-test run gmpbench
ERROR: The specified test is not installed
