Bug Description

indicator-datetime 0.1.98-0ubuntu1, evolution 2.32.2-0ubuntu3, Ubuntu Natty

1. Log in for the first time.
2. From the clock menu, choose "Add Appointment".

What happens:
* An "Evolution Setup Assistant" window appears. Sometimes the window is completely empty.
* Even after entering dummy e-mail details in the Evolution setup, the calendar appears, but the interface for adding an appointment does not.

What should happen: "Activating “Add Event…” should open Evolution Calendar to its interface for adding a new appointment." <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TimeAndDate#Coming%20events>

When clicking add appointment evolution has to be opened, we can't jump to the add appointment dialog (which would be nice), if evolution isn't configured the setup dialog will appear.

The same will result from the change made to the date menu item, https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/indicator-datetime/+bug/740819

In the end I think this is more of an evolution bug than indicator-datetime, evolution should respect it's own command line parameters when opening regardless of whether or not it starts with a wizard.

Changed in indicator-datetime (Ubuntu):

Changed in evolution (Ubuntu):
