Let's host DNS ourselves, and use gandi.net as a secondary

Bug Description

Right now, freeculture.org's DNS is hosted on Asheesh's personal server, and a machine at acm.jhu.edu:

paulproteus@pathi:~$ whois freeculture.org | grep 'Name Server'
Name Server:MN.LAROIA.NET
Name Server:TYPHON.ACM.LAROIA.NET

We should:

* Copy the zone file onto the new FC.o server
* Run a DNS daemon to serve that
* Configure gandi.net to slave from us
* Test that this works
* Adjust the WHOIS information on freeculture.org.

I can help with it. To speed the process along, I will attach our current BIND-format zone file.
