Fold "Tell me when" section in bug subscription overlay when unsubscribe options are selected

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to a bug you're subscribed to (e.g. https:/
2. Click the "Edit subscription" link
3. The new bug subscription overlay will pop up, with 3 options: "Unsubscribe me from this bug", "Update my current subscription" and "Unsubscribe Canonical Launchpad Engineering from this bug"
4. Select any of the unsubscribe option.
What should happen:
The "Tell me when:" section below the options should fold just like when you're using the subscription overlay after muting a bug. Screenshot1 and Screenshot2 shows the proper behavior when unmuting the bug. Screenshot3 shows the bug reported here when the unsubscribe action is selected.
What happens:
The "Tell me when:" section is still there with irrelevant options to the unsubscribe action.
