Striping, Tearing, Flashing on video display when using SiS video driver

This report was filed so that Ubuntu developers would know that the bug in the x.org SiS driver currently exists in the Lucid distribution. It appears that the bug has never been resolved. The only workaround has been to use the VESA driver instead.
