This error was shown after I have upgraded Ubuntu unity today.
Apt or Synaptic shows that gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.28-0ubuntu3 is the one that is installed.

I am marking this a duplicate of bug#739551 . I believe that bug report needs to be re-opened. It has not been fixed successfully for the new version. (Or the bug was re-introduced).
