Audacity doesn't works. I have menus or panel but not both. I have downloaded audacity on their site and this is the same error.

Can you attached a screenshot showing your problem? Can you check if this is a duplicate of bug #731451 by running 'killall unity-panel-service' after launching audacity.

OK, my problem: open audacity - all graphical interface buttons works, I can record and etc., but if I open .mp3 file for editing, his not open from first time, just second or third and don't show any progress of opening, when his opens, I can't do nothing with graphic interface, just throw meniu, from meniu his works, but again don't show any progress.

Yes, after I run 'killall unity-panel-service' audacity works! Now I can edit and his show progress of jobs!

Well, I think, after I run 'killall unity-panel-service' all my applications working faster and I don't feel difference in GUI, so: what I kill? :)
